▲ Part of: Top 20 Rooftop Restaurants in Dubai
The best Burj Khalifa view in Dubai isn't one table — it's a decision about how high you want to sit and how much you want to spend. In 2026 the choice runs from the 122nd floor of the tower itself down to fountain-level terraces in Souk Al Bahar, and the gap between them is hundreds of dirhams a head. We've eaten and drunk our way through all of them across 2025–26, paying our own bills, to rank the eight that actually deliver.
A note on the show: the Dubai Fountain runs every 30 minutes from 6pm. Every venue below frames it differently, so we flag the best fountain-facing seat at each one.
The Ranking
Ranked by our independent score combining the quality of the Burj Khalifa view, the food, the service and what you pay for the privilege.
#1 At.mosphere, Burj Khalifa
At.mosphere occupies the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa itself.
Why it makes the list. You can't get a better Burj Khalifa view than from inside the Burj Khalifa. At 442 metres up, At.mosphere is less about looking at the tower and more about looking out of it — the whole of Downtown spreads beneath the floor-to-ceiling glass. It is the most expensive entry here, and the most unforgettable.
What to order: The Sublime degustation (around AED 950) if you're celebrating; à la carte, the roasted Wagyu tenderloin (about AED 520) and the chocolate soufflé. Reserve a window table — it's the entire point. Book a Table →
#2 CÉ LA VI
CÉ LA VI's terrace on the 54th floor of Address Sky View looks straight at the tower.
Why it makes the list. This is the postcard shot: the terrace at CÉ LA VI stares directly across at the Burj Khalifa, close enough to feel it. By day the infinity pool is the viewpoint; by night the terrace becomes one of the most striking dinner rooms in the city. The modern-Asian kitchen more than holds its own.
What to order: Miso black cod (around AED 220), truffle har gow, and a Chicano cocktail timed to sunset. The terrace rail is the seat to request. Book a Table →
#3 Karma Kafe
Karma Kafe's Souk Al Bahar terrace sits at fountain level beneath the Burj.
Why it makes the list. Fountain-level rather than sky-high, Karma Kafe trades altitude for intimacy — you're close enough to feel the spray on the 8pm show, with the tower lit up directly above. The Buddha-Bar-style soundtrack and dim lighting make it a reliable date pick.
What to order: Black cod miso (about AED 165) and the crispy duck salad. Book the terrace rail for the fountain show. Book a Table →
Get the next list first — The Dubai Fork lands every Thursday.
#4 Amal, Armani Hotel
Amal sits inside the Armani Hotel at the base of the Burj Khalifa.
Why it makes the list. Inside the Burj Khalifa's own Armani Hotel, Amal's terrace looks out over the fountain lake with the tower soaring overhead. It's the most polished Indian kitchen with a Burj view in the city, and the terrace tables are quieter than the Souk crowd below.
What to order: Dal Amal (around AED 85), tandoori prawns and the melt-in-the-mouth lamb galouti kebab. Ask for a fountain-facing terrace table. Book a Table →
#5 Thia Skylounge
Thia Skylounge crowns The Dubai EDITION with a Downtown-facing deck.
Why it makes the list. A breezier, more design-forward rooftop than the fine-dining options, Thia frames the Burj across the Downtown skyline with a relaxed Mediterranean menu. The deck is built for golden hour and the after-work crowd.
What to order: Burrata with truffle honey (about AED 95) and the wood-grilled prawns; arrive before the 6pm fountain show for the best light. Book a Table →
#6 Treehouse, Taj Dubai
Treehouse on the Taj Dubai rooftop frames the Burj from Business Bay.
Why it makes the list. From the Business Bay side, Treehouse gives you the Burj Khalifa in profile across the canal — a different, less-photographed angle, and a more laid-back garden-on-a-roof feel. Strong for groups who want a lounge rather than a restaurant.
What to order: Truffle fries, sliders and a garden spritz (around AED 65); the terrace rail tables face the tower. Book a Table →
#7 Armani/Ristorante
Armani/Ristorante looks over the fountain lake from inside the Armani Hotel.
Why it makes the list. The other Armani Hotel option, this time Italian. Window and terrace tables overlook the fountain lake with the tower directly above — arguably the most elegant indoor Burj-view dinner in the city, with Giorgio Armani's own restraint stamped on the room.
What to order: Tortellini in brodo and the cotoletta alla Milanese; request a fountain-facing window when you book. Book a Table →
#8 Level 43 Sky Lounge
Level 43 Sky Lounge offers the Burj view at the friendliest price on this list.
Why it makes the list. The value pick. From its perch on Sheikh Zayed Road, Level 43 hands you a wide Burj-and-skyline panorama for a fraction of the fine-dining tab. Food is mezze-and-grills rather than fireworks, but the view-per-dirham ratio is unbeatable.
What to order: The mixed mezze platter (around AED 120) and skyline cocktails; the open-air deck rail has the cleanest sightline. Book a Table →
How We Ranked This List
We score each Burj Khalifa view venue on four things: the actual sightline to the tower and fountain, the food on the plate, the service, and value for what you pay. Every venue here was visited in person during 2025–26 and we settled our own bills — no comped meals, no PR tables. Where a venue is a lounge rather than a full restaurant, we say so.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Dubai restaurant has the best Burj Khalifa view?
For sheer altitude, At.mosphere on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa is unmatched — though you're inside the tower looking out. For the classic photo of the tower itself, CÉ LA VI's 54th-floor terrace at Address Sky View is the best Burj Khalifa view in Dubai for 2026.
Can you see the Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa from the same table?
Yes. Karma Kafe and Amal at the Armani Hotel both sit at fountain level beneath the tower, so you get the 30-minute fountain show and the lit Burj from one seat. Book the terrace rail and arrive before 6pm.
How much does a Burj Khalifa view dinner cost in Dubai?
Roughly AED 150 per person at Level 43 Sky Lounge up to AED 600–1,200 per person at At.mosphere. Most of the venues on this list land between AED 250 and AED 600 per person.
Are Burj Khalifa view restaurants halal?
Most use halal-certified kitchens. The hotel venues (At.mosphere, the Armani restaurants, CÉ LA VI) serve alcohol but source halal meat; Amal's Indian menu is the most halal-comfortable. See our best halal rooftops in Dubai guide for the full breakdown.
Do I need to book ahead for a Burj Khalifa view table?
Yes — fountain-facing and window tables go first. Reserve the 6–7pm sunset window 1–2 weeks ahead, and state that you want a view table when you book.
